Helen Elizabeth Watson

Virginia Beach – Helen Elizabeth Watson passed away peacefully at her home in Virginia Beach on April 27th, 2017. Helen was born in Roanoke Rapids, NC. She was predeceased by her parents Robert and Mable Cheek; husband Clevis Ion Watson; daughter Phyllis Hamm; siblings; and great-granddaughter Jessie Grayse Watson. Helen is succeeded in death by her Son Robert Watson; Grandchildren Jarrett Hamm, Jason Hamm, Christopher Watson, and Court Watson; Great-Grandchildren Bryce Hamm, and Shelleby Watson.
A visitation will be held Sunday May 7th, 2017 from 6-8PM at Altmeyer Funeral Home located at 5792 Greenwich Road Virginia Beach, VA 23462. There will be a funeral service on Monday May 8th, 2017 at 4PM at Thalia Lynn Baptist Church located at 4392 Virginia Beach Blvd., Virginia Beach, VA 23462.
