Linn Arthur Kenyon, 57, passed away Monday, October 17, 2016. He was born in New York to Margaret and Linn O. Kenyon.
He served in the U.S. Army, received the Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Ribbon, Good Conduct Medal, Army Achievement and Expert Rifleman Medals. He was a First Response Supervisor with Virginia Department of Transportation.
His wife, Fran Kenyon, and three sisters preceded him in death. He is survived by his sons, Christopher Kenyon and Jason Kenyon and his wife Amanda; daughter, Tammy Hollabaugh and her husband, Art III; grandchildren, Payton Kenyon, Braydon Kenyon, Brooke-Lynn Kenyon, Landon Kenyon, Abbygail Kenyon, Matthew Thomas and Damien Warner; ex-wife and mother of his children Wanda Kenyon, and his wife, Karen Brown.
A memorial service will be held 2:00 pm Thursday, October 27, 2016 at Altmeyer Funeral Home, Denbigh Chapel. Memorial donations may take the form of contributions in care of Jason Kenyon, 943 Red Oak Circle, Newport News, VA 23608.
