Mary Anne White, “Anne,” of Virginia Beach, entered Eternal Life on Sunday, December 18, 2016 at the age of 72 years. She was born on November 28, 1944 in Baltimore, MD to Odell Hutnell and Mary Lee Daughtridge Hutnell. She married Robert A. “Bob” White and spent her life caring and supporting their family. Anne attended Tidewater Community College and later graduated from Norfolk State University.

Anne is survived by her husband Robert A. “Bob” White; daughter Carol Nettles; son Robert E. White; grandson Brandon Jeffries; and is further survived by other relatives and friends.
A memorial service to celebrate Anne’s life will be held on Wednesday, December 28, 2016 at Altmeyer Funeral Home-Southside Chapel (5792 Greenwich Rd. Virginia Beach, VA) at 11:00 AM. The Altmeyer Funeral Home-Southside Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements. Online condolences may be expressed by clicking the “post a condolence” button below.
