Shirley Ann Zamora-Meno was born in Agana, Guam on October 31, 1963 to the late Jesus Zamora and Priscilla Taitingfong. She departed this life on October 24, 2016 in Hampton, Virginia. She was preceded in death by her sibling Jesse Zamora. In her early days, Shirley graduated from Killeen High School in Kileen, Texas where she was a star volleyball player. She also attended college in Kileen, Texas. Shirley worked as a data processor for the U.S. Airforce in Langley, Virginia for 15 years. Shirley was united in Holy Matrimony to Anthony Meno and had 3 children.
Shirley lives her cherished memories by her husband Anthony Vincent Damian Meno, daughter Naomi Priscilla Rose Meno, son Anthony Joseph Meno, son Shawn Anthony Meno; mother Priscilla Taitingfong, brother John Zamora, brother Joseph Zamora and his children Ines, Joey, Jack, and Jude; brother Peter Zamora and his children Christopher and Clifford; nephew John Zamora Jr. and wife Esther Zamora and family; nephew Jesse Zamora and wife Jennifer Zamora and family; nephew Jeremy Zamora and family; niece Jenny Ann Mulholland and family; nephew Christian Michael Zamora and family; nephew Shane Zamora and family; niece Desiree Zamora, and niece Jessica Zamora. Her mother-in-law Rosa D. Meno, sister-in-law Angelica M. Dumaran, brother-in-law Alfredo Dumaran, and children Salem Al-Ali, Saif Al-Ali, Napu and Kapua Dumaran.
Her memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 29, 2016, at Altmeyer Funeral Home, located at 5792 Greenwich Road, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23462. The family will be receiving friends and loved ones from 10:00AM – 2:00PM
