Thomas Low Kiehl

January 11, 1934 - November 14, 2015

Thomas L. Kiehl, passed away November 14, 2015. He was born in Englewood, New Jersey 81 years ago and served his country in the U.S. Army and was a Korean War Veteran. He attending Middlebury College and graduated from the University of Vermont where he met his wife on a blind date. Thomas retired from Crestor Bank (now Suntrust) as a Senior Vice President. He was very active in the Cosmopolitan Club as well as volunteering with the K-9 New Life Foundation. In his free time, he enjoyed reading, cooking and traveling. He was preceded by his son Tom Kiehl, Jr.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 59 years, Ann; 2 daughters, Elizabeth Goldsborough and Kerry Carlson; 3 grandchildren, Elise, Emily, and Paul Carlson; brother, John Kiehl and his wife Roberta; and several cousins, friends, and extended family members.

A private service will be held at a later date. The family would like to thank the wonderful staff at DaVita for their care and support. Please visit to offer a message of condolence for the family.
