Trevor Dale Wood

January 28, 1994 - September 12, 2017

Trevor Dale Wood, 23, passed away on September 12, 2017. He was born to Gwen Zoeller and the late Daniel Wood on January 28, 1994. A Virginia Beach native his whole life.

Growing up Trevor loved to ride his skate board all around the beach. Getting his middle name from the Intimidator #3, Dale Earnhardt. He was never an inside person and always had a way of making you get up and come outside with him. When Trevor decided he would stay in the house, he was all about watching movies with his kids. Trevor has also been a very active in the ICP subculture, referring to himself as a juggalo, wearing his facepaint, Hatchetwear and drinking Faygo. Whoop Whoop!

Left to cherish Trevor’s memory is his soulmate and beloved, loving wife, Rachael (Hey…) Wood; children, Justice, Enzo, Kaeli and Jonah; mother, Gwen Merritt; brothers, Josh Wood, Jason Tyson; sister, Erin Smith; niece, Siri Wood; Many other family members and close friends.

A memorial service will be held at Altmeyer Funeral Home Southside Chapel (5792 Greenwich Road, Virginia Beach, VA 23462) on Wednesday, September 20, 2017. Friends will start gathering around 6:30 PM and the service will start at 7:15 PM.
