Virginia was known to all as “Grandma” at the Sentara Nursing Center in Barco, North Carolina, and enjoyed the center of attention status she was given. The family would like to acknowledge the superb care she received there, especially the loving attention given by her grand-daughter, Gabrielle Caputo, who is employed at the nursing center.
