Amelia Fonseca Flores, 91, passed away September 3, 2018. Born in Bayamon, Puerto Rico, to the late Jose Fonseca and Elisa Correa. She retired as an assembly worker after 40 years of dedicated service with Dialight Corp. Mrs. Flores was predeceased by her husband of 62 years, Valentin Flores and siblings, Belen, Aurora and Isabel.
Left to cherish her memory are daughter, Miriam Rodriguez (George); three grandchildren, Elisa (Jason), Antonio, and Carlos (Rachel); great-granddaughters Audrey and Aisley; siblings, Elena, Felix, Luz and Rosa; nieces, Blanca, Jeanette, Edith, Delia, Maria, and Yvette; nephews, Everett, Felix, Marcos, and Sam; and a host of other family and friends.
A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00pm, Saturday, September 22, 2018 at Altmeyer Funeral Home, Chesapeake Chapel, 929 S. Battlefield Blvd in Chesapeake.
