Danny Christopher "Superman" Cooter Sr.

October 12, 1939 - November 25, 2018

Danny Christopher Cooter, Sr., 79, passed away on November 25, 2018.
He was preceded in death by his parents Ralph and Ruth Cooter; his sister, Mary Ann Hoffman; two brothers, Charles Cooter, Frederick Cooter; and his beloved daughter, Brenda J. Morgan.
Danny is survived by his loving wife, Helen Cooter; son, Danny Cooter, Jr. (Vidie Cooter); daughters, Diane Thorpe (Patrick), Karen St. Pierre (Patrick), Patricia Triplett (Trent); siblings, Roy Cooter, Joyce McCarthy; 17 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren.
Danny touched countless lives, his humor and love for his family and friends will live on forever.
“He will always be our Superman!”
Family will receive friends on Thursday, November 29 from 6PM-8PM at Altmeyer Funeral Home- Denbigh Chapel, 12893 Jefferson Ave. A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 30 at Peninsula Memorial Park, 12750 Warwick Blvd, at 2PM.
