I just learned of this I'm in shock and so sad to hear of this. I'll miss our back and forth about you really didn't lift that much, about the Mayans, and just the bantering back and forth. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Shocked doesn’t even begin to describe how I felt when I learned of your passing. It saddens me that we will never have another discussion about our next tattoo plans and ideas. You won’t be there for my outrageous lifting questions which I’m sure you found silly. Never will I be able to sarcastically comment about how easy it is to squat 585. Although you left this world way too soon, I hope you knew the positive impact you had on so many people. You had incredible motivation, strength, sense of humor and one heck of an infectious smile. I will always remember you this way and hope you are at peace. To Dave’s family: I can’t quite find the words to describe how sorry I am for the loss of such an incredible person. I hope you are able to find comfort in all happy memories, good times, and accomplishments you have created together.

I found out just the other day that you were gone. My heart aches as you were too young to leave this world. You were loved by many people. You inspired many people. Thank you for helping me on my fitness journey. I will always remember you as a hard working, motivated, inspiring man. I will miss your smile and kind words of encouragement. I wish we kept in touch more than we did after you moved. You will always be remembered by me as a kind soul, in which I hope is finally at peace. God bless you Dave ❤️
