Debbie White, of Virginia Beach, entered Eternal Life on Tuesday, July 24, 2018 at the age of 57 years. She was born on January 4, 1961 in Leesburg, Virginia, to Leroy and Marie Thompson. Debbie enjoyed her job working at the Virginian Pilot as a warehouse packer. When she was not working, she was spending time with her family as a loving wife and caring mother. Debbie enjoyed going camping, riding on the back of her husband’s motorcycle during rides, and watching the Washington Redskins.
Debbie is survived by her husband of thirty-one years, Kenny White; son William C. White (fiancee Lea Scheil); grandchildren Leona White and Landon White; and brother Leroy Thompson, Jr. She is preceded in death by her parents, son Robert L. White, and sister Terry Thompson. Further survived by other relatives and friends.
A Visitation for Debbie will be held on Friday July 27, 2018, at Suburban Christian Church (5132 Bellamy Manor Dr, Virginia Beach, VA), from 7:00 PM until 8:30 PM. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, July 28, 2018, at Suburban Christian Church (5132 Bellamy Manor Dr, Virginia Beach, VA) at 1:00 PM. Burial will take place at the Beaver Hill Cemetery in Edenton, NC on Sunday, July 29, 2018 at 3:00 PM. If you would like to visit with the family prior to the burial service, please join them at Miller Funeral Home (735 Virginia Rd, Edenton, NC) at 2:00 PM. We wish to express our condolences on the loss of a very special person. We will miss Debbie’s smile that always lit up her eyes in greeting with kind words and wishes given. The eagerness to help out when needed, made Debbie a very special person to us and will not be forgotten. All our best wishes always to you Kenny, Billy and all of your family.
