Elizabeth was a beautiful person inside and out. She had a passion for poetry. She loved to read and express herself in some of the letters and poems she would write to her loved ones. She loved to experiment in the kitchen, she would often call for recipes to try out or just call you to find out how you would cook them. Her favorite was pork chops, her grand moms way, in which she surely perfected them. When someone suggested something for dinner, in that cute little giggly voice, her hand raised and a finger pointing in the air, she would say, “I know how to cook pork chops!”, “I make the best!” Her precious life was cut short, she wanted so much to correct many things in her life, in which we all are guilty of. Sometimes the things you want to correct and what you are looking so hard for, is right in front of your eyes. You will be sorely missed by your 3 young daughters, your loving Mother, Brother, your family  along with your true friends that knew you best and who loved you to the moon and back with no strings. You are gone, but you will never be forgotten, you now live within our hearts forever. You are home, safely in the arms of God, surrounded by real love, greeted by family and friends who went before.  My sweet Elizabeth, rest in peace, pray for us as we pray for you, until we are reunited again. Heaven have gained another Angel!
