George Bradley "GB" Pendleton

George Bradley “GB” Pendleton, Jr, 84, died February 8, 2021.  GB was born in Norfolk, VA to the late, George and Ferne Randolph Pendleton.  He owned and operated his own farm, was a member of Hickory United Methodist Church, Hickory Ruritan Club, and the Princess Anne Masonic Lodge #25.  GB was an avid golfer and fisherman.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 64 years, Juanita Frost Pendleton; children, Sharon D. P. Cosgrove (Kevin) of Virginia Beach, Anet Granger (Jeff) of Marietta, GA and George “Brad” Pendleton, III of Chesapeake; sister, Joyce Sexton (William R) of Roper, NC; grandchildren, Brent, Ryan, Stephen, Ashley, Tyler, John, and Sydney; 3 great grandchildren and host of other family and friends.

The family will received friends at Altmeyer Funeral Home, Chesapeake on Thursday from 6:00 pm until 7:30 pm.  A funeral service will be held on Friday at 10:00 am at the funeral home with Rev. Sarah Locke officiating.  Burial will follow at Moyock Memorial Cemetery.  Express condolences to the family at www.altmeyerfh.com.
