Kimberly Ann Ross

February 5, 1966 - July 24, 2019

Kimberly A. Ross, 53, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, July 24, 2019.  She was a long time resident of Virginia, most recently in the Oceanfront community of Virginia Beach.  Kim was born in Stamford, Connecticut to Gertrude Leone-Schneider and the late Richard J. Leone.

Throughout Kim’s life, she dedicated herself to helping others and was passionate about many things.  Kim was a talented artist with many accolades throughout her career.  From her paintings to her interior design work, Kim always stood out from the rest, without even trying.  As much as she enjoyed creating beauty for all to admire, her greatest creation was her two beautiful daughters, Olivia and Maria.  Most importantly, Kim’s sole purpose was to love and guide her children to live a happy and peaceful life.  It was her greatest accomplishment.

Kim is survived by her husband, Robert D. Ross of Virginia Beach, VA, her loving daughters, Olivia K. Behling and Maria C. Behling, both of Virginia Beach, VA, her step-son Joshua Ross and his wife Courtney of Virginia Beach, VA, her sister Tracy Ritter and her husband Scott of Monroe, CT and her adoring niece Shelby Leone-Garofalo of Monroe, CT.  Additionally, Kim is survived by her mother, Gertrude Leone Schneider and step-father, Albert Schneider of Oxford, NY.

Kim was predeceased by her father, Richard J. Leone.
