Lee was a friend and mentor for many years. I would not have exhibited my work if it wasn’t for her encouragement and expertise.

I was saddened learning of Lee’s death. She was one of my best teachers at PFAC. She never said no and had such a love of teaching. Not too many like her left.

I was Lee’s assistant for a couple of years in the 90’s . I am also an artist and learned a lot from Lee. I am so saddened that we lost touch. I loved her very much to learn of her passing to late to tell her that if only for one last time. My thoughts go out tow her children. They were great kids when I knew them. They are all grown up by now. She will be very missed. Lee”s art and the memory of loving smile will live on.

Lee was a talented artist and a compassionate, loving person. I knew her from her employment at the Adult Learning Center. She will live on in my memory for her beautiful smile, generous heart, and ways of connecting with people. May God richly bless her soul and give comfort to those she leaves behind.

I am saddened by this. I met her through the art classes she held. We became fast friends. I will miss her dearly. My granddaughter loved her also

On behalf of the many friends she has made in her long association with the Adult Learning Center in Virginia Beach, we are truly sorry to learn of her passing and offer our deepest sympathy to your family. We are very saddened by this news. Lee was loved and cherished for her kind heart, warm smile, sweet personality, and abundant talent. Her art was beautiful on so many levels. She taught at the Adult Learning Center throughout the last thirty years and we were privileged to know her and watch her share her talents with so many students. She will remain in our hearts for a very long time and we will be eternally grateful for the special moments she shared with us.

I am deeply saddened tto recieve this news. Lee was a dear friend and neighbor. She was extremely smart and talented!! We made it a point to look out for each other. We always kept our monthly lunch dates. Even though Lee was Jewish, she always made sure she put in a sincere and thoughtful Christmas gift on my front steps. Lee loved her art, but most of all her children stood in the middle of her heart. Please know that my prayers and thoughts are with her family during this trying time.
God Bless,
