Lyndon Douglass Hamm, 69, died January 7, 2018. Lyndon was born in Portsmouth, VA. He was a veteran having served in the US Army. Lyndon was the founder and the 1st president of the local Pontiac GTO club and an auto and Harley Davidson enthusiast. He graduated from Princess Anne High School and had retired from the Autoport Garage at NOB after 18 years of service.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving children, Jason Hamm (Ieasha) of Virginia Beach and Jarrett Hamm (Shannon) of Chesapeake; brother, Daniel Hamm (Cheryl) of Chesapeake; grandson, Bryce Hamm; and nephews and nieces, Chris, Doug, Kim and Waverly.

The family will receive friends at Altmeyer Funeral Home, Southside Chapel on Thursday from 4:00 pm until 5:00 pm with a service immediately following. Friends are invited to join the family for a reception after the service. Express condolences to the family at www.altmeyerfh.com.
