Mary O. Holt passed away suddenly on October 3, 2020 in Virginia Beach, VA. Mary was born February 7, 1956 to Raymond Julius Ollenburger and Yoshiko Azuma Ollenburger. She was a graduate of Saint Leo University where she obtained a Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
Mary spent most of her childhood in Tomball, TX. She graduated from Tomball High School in 1974 and immediately enlisted in the Women’s Army Corp as a Musician (clarinet). She attended Basic Training at Fort Jackson and Advanced Individual Training at the School of Music (Little Creek Amphibious Base), where she graduated through the accelerated program. Mary married Michael Holt in 1976 while both were assigned to the Fifth Army Band at Fort Sam Houston. Together, they had three children (Jeremy, Justin, and Amy). During her early professional career, she served as an Auditor for the DCAA and later operated her own successful bookkeeping business. She ultimately closed her business in order to homeschool all three of her children. In her later years, she returned back to the workforce as a Certified Life Coach, operating her business All Things Possible Life Coaching Services, and most recently worked as a Program Operations Administrator for CACI. Beyond her professional pursuits, she also maintained her love of the outdoors and was regularly engaged in a number of activities including camping, fishing, marksmanship, and boating.
Mary is preceded in death by her parents. She leaves behind two sisters (Nancy and Ida), three children (Jeremy, Justin, and Amy), three grandchildren (Collin, Maverick, and Venice), two step-grandchildren (Piercen and Drake), and a number of loving friends with whom she shared the later years of her life.

I just learned today about the passing of my dear friend following concerns about unanswered outreach to her. Mary, you truly are, and always will be, a shining light in my life, my spirit and my memory. I love you much, you "cutest bird," and I cherish all that we've shared as trusted friends and business associates for many years. To all others who knew her and loved her as I did, I extend my heartfelt sympathy. Please let me know about her celebration of life when the details are set.
