Patricia Michele Flowers was born February 17, 1959 in Bronx, New York. She was the eldest born to Marie McLeod and Richard Byrd. She attended schools throughout Rhode Island, Florida and Alabama before obtaining her General Education Degree at age 16. She attended the Community College of Rhode Island and majored in the Nursing Program. She faithfully served as a Certified Nursing Aide at the Providence Veterans Hospital for eight years and as a Medical Assistant at University Medicine Foundation to Dr. Jeannie Oliva.
Patricia leaves to cherish her memories: Two daughters, Rhonda Flowers and Channin Studwell (Montez); seven siblings: Renee Walker (Mike), Eleanor Borge (David), Vivian Nichols, Donna McLeod, Allen McLeod (Donna), Marie Winfield (Albert), Julie Boyd (Donald); five grandchildren: Mykahla Flowers, Brianna Welch, Adrian Borders, Jade Taylor-Jenkins, Khaleesi Studwell, two great grandchildren: Kahleb Arguello and Isabella Soto; a host of nieces and nephews, cousins and friends; her longtime friend and companion Perry Delgado; her good friend and Sponsor Mrs. Geraldine Patterson; her very dear friend Kristen Flint; former Mother-In-Law and lifelong friend, Lou Flowers. One sister, Renee Kimble, and her parents Marie and Allen Mcleod have preceded her in death.
