Roger Wilton Noel, 56, went to be with the Lord on April 4, 2021. Roger was born to the late Jessi and Mildred Noel on April 1, 1965 in Virginia.
 
Roger enjoyed metal detecting for any historical artifacts and treasured the items he was able to locate. He loved anything that was pertaining to history and was an avid history buff. He enjoyed nature, camping, fishing and being outdoors.
 
Other than his parents, Roger was preceded in death by his son, Jacob Noel; two sisters, Bobbi McDonald and Susan Hysong.
 
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 28 years, Melissa Noel; children, Emily Lynn Noel and Joshua William Noel; sisters, Sheron Harrell, Rebecca Kelly, Jeanne Sheeley; brother, Tom Noel and their families; many more extended family members and friends.

We loved Roger and we will miss him. He was a perfectionist when it came to building like his dad, Jesse Noel. Roger never lived long enough to reach his full potential. The good thing is, we haven’t lost him when we know where he is.
