Lt.Col. Rowland M. Parks Jr., USA (Ret), 88, of Newport News, passed away April 13, 2021.
Private military service will be held at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
Altmeyer Funeral Home-Denbigh Chapel, is assisting with arrangements.
