Sharon Ann Paul, of Virginia Beach, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Wednesday, February 1, 2017, at the age of 64 years. She was born on February 3, 1952 in Camden, NJ to Daniel Paul and Grace Connell Paul.
Left to cherish Sharon’s memory are her sister Linda Paul Kiraly and Linda’s husband James, of Virginia Beach; nephews Daniel and David Love, both of Virginia Beach; and four grand-nephews. Further survived by other relatives and friends.
Sharon taught for over 35 years for the City of Virginia Beach Public Schools. The bulk of that time was spent in Holland Elementary where she won multiple awards to include Teacher of the Year, before retiring from Glenwood Elementary.
Sharon had a love for all animals, but she had a special place in her heart for horses and her beloved Boxers. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Sharon’s name to an animal rescue of your choosing.
