Troy Wayne Claytor, 46, passed away October 4, 2021 in Virginia Beach, Virginia. He was born to Robert Wayne Claytor and Carol Jean Richardson in Roanoke, Virginia. He attended Salem High School in Virginia Beach.
Troy began working in the restaurant industry at a young age. He worked his way up from kitchen staff to become a sous chef in the last couple of years. His childhood dream was to become an executive chef. He had amazing talent and was passionate about culinary arts.
He was preceded in death by his father Robert Wayne Claytor, his mother Carol Jean Richardson, and his stepfather, Charles Richardson. Those left to cherish his memory are his sister Julia Ward (Jeffrey); his brother, Charles Richardson, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Private services and a gathering to share memories will be held at a later date.
