Vince was a special man! We first met around 1979. Francis was around 8 or 9 years old. He was a man who lived his faith! We have great memories of him!

I met Vincent Rogers Harris about 20 years ago. We played pool together for many years. We did many things together back in the day. Vince never had a negative thing to say about anything. He loved his family dearly. He truly loved the lord and I know he’s rejoicing now. I can see a huge smile on his face. I will miss you my friend.

A great man who always had a smile and kind word for anyone. I was blessed to know and work with Vince at the Sheriff’s Office. He will be sorely missed by so many. My most sincere condolences to the family, he loved you all so dearly and spoke of you every day. May God wrap you in His love and give you peace and comfort in your loss.

Vince was a friend and co-worker that I enjoyed working with and talking too. We had some good times at the Sheriff’s department and I will miss his smile and positive attitude. Go rest high on that mountain for your time on earth is through.
