William Joseph Whitehurst was born into this world completely blind as a result of cerebral palsy (CP). Four out of every one thousand babies are born with CP and 30% of them can not walk. William is one of these 30% but even without his eyes to see or his legs to be able to walk, William is still able to enjoy the loving voices of his family around him….and he especially loves hearing the sounds of Elvis Presley; maybe even as much as he loves having balloons. William understands you when you’re speaking to him, he knows when you are close to him. His mother, Barbara, has been with him in the hospital for countless hours this past week as William is now under palliative care. Friends are asking for your help and support in caring for William’s final expenses. You can donate by clicking HERE.
