As there are way too many memories to mention, dear Mark, Nancy and Rod, know that your mom was a huge part of growing up in such a wonderful and loving neighborhood that Suburban Acres was. Love to you all!

I have fond memories of "Dickie." She was always so upbeat and friendly. Her brownies were great- I have enjoyed the receipe for years. My mother, Helen Romm, enjoyed playing bridge wiith Dickie who was quite good. She made a wonderful family.

It was an honor to have known her, I will always remember the talks on flag days with her and Sam.

Mommy E (aka Evelyn Evans) was the next best thing to our mom’s. My husband George and I loved her and she made us feel like we were one of hers. She always had a smile, kind word, hardy laugh, and never complaint. Loved her family, and always wanted to host a dinner party! A wonderful cook and was noted for her Tomato Pudding that would keep company standing in line!!! Mommy E will be missed, but left a legacy that will always make all of us smile. Anyone who ever knew her were blessed by knowing a remarkable lady of grace. See you later, Mommy E.......love, George, The Other Nancy, and Jack the Wonder Dog. ❤️
