I will remember Dennis, one of my former Leadman at Norshipco, as a great man to work for. Although we only worked together a short time, Dennis showed me his talents as a carpenter and i learned a lot from him. Dennis was an intelligent, determined and thoughtfull guy. Once I was going through a rough time, and he offered to help anyway he could. Great guy Dennis, I know his family will miss him. RIP my friend

To the family of Dennis Edward Sears Jr. My mother and I wish to express our sincerest condolences to you. At such a time as this it is very encouraging to know that the Bible can provide the best of comforting words during this unhappy occasion. We've found the accounts of the resurrections of the daughter of Jairus at Luke 8:49-55 & that of Lazarus at John 11:39-45 to be very uplifting. We've learned these accounts as well as other wonderful miracles performed by Christ Jesus during his earthly ministry, served as but a preview of what is soon to take place on a global scale as promised by his Heavenly Father Jehovah, finally removing the pain and sorrow felt during this difficult time. Other texts you may want to consider which happen to be some of our favorites are: Isaiah 25:8, 1Corinthians 15:26, Psalm 34:18 & Revelation 21:3, 4. For a certainty these promises offer a real solid hope and are true because God cannot lie. (Titus 1:2) Until these wonderful promises are fulfilled from Jehovah God by means of His Son Jesus Christ, we wish family and friends peace and comfort that Jehovah, the God of comfort, will give you. (2Corinthians 1:3, 4) Our most heartfelt regards, Joyce & Stacy Howard.

Sending our thought, prayers, & love to Lynn, Desi, Robbie , Rachael, Melody, Elizabeth ,Elise & family . We are saddened & shocked to hear of Dennis’ passing . As we think back on some fond memories some that come to mind is how warmly Dennis welcomed our “ northerner” daughter into the family after marrying Desi. How he took care of her - like a dad- since we live 450 miles away. One example of this is when Dennis came over to pull Rachael AND her car out of the deep ditch she backed into when they lived at Land of Promise rd. This is just one of many things we were so thankful For; Dennis! We love you ! We will miss you. Sincerely Janet & Jim Weiss(Pennsylvania)

Dennis, You were the BEST father-in-law I could have ever hoped or wished for. Thank You for loving me and treating like a daughter and not a daughter-in-law. I will miss your jokes, talks and just your overall presence. I will never forget you and you will always remain in my heart. Love Always, Melanie (Mel)

Dennis loved Lynn, and his family very much. Because of his devotion they are a very loving family. I know they will remain close and keep his memory bright in their hearts. Dennis had a very dry sense of humor. Which I enjoyed very much at the flower shop. Very day for the past 8 years, I would ask him “ How are you Dennis”. Everyday he had the same response, “ Just another day in paradise”. I will miss him and the flower shop just will not be the same without him. God Bless and Rest In Peace.
