I worked with Boyd issuing purchase orders for the work he did at St. Joe Container Co. He was a fine gentleman. I am so sorry for your loss.

Remember fishing in Buxton and camping at Frisco Woods. He was a cool dude! July and Kevin

Boyd Harris left us a challenging legacy. His work ethic was beyond reproach. Dad started Harris Contracting with no previous experience as a business owner. His motivation was love for his family. He was determined to provide them with the most comfortable life possible and he succeeded. Dad was a giver. He always gave more than he received. He made himself available anytime friends or family asked for his help. There was nothing Dad couldn't fix! In spite of his many accomplishments, however, he was always humble! Dad was trustworthy and honest to a fault. He never felt entitled to anything he had not earned. He worked long hours and rarely complained. If he did complain, it was always warranted. Dad was a man of few words. He led by example with kindness and respect. The legacy he left us speaks of working hard to accomplish your goals. It speaks of loyalty and love toward family and friends. And through his selfless actions, Dad always made sure that others enjoyed the fruits of his labor as much or more than he did! It is an honor and a privilege to be able to call Boyd Harris, Dad. Until we meet again, rest in eternal peace. Scott and Lynn Son and Daughter-in- law

Carolyn and family, We are so sorry for your loss. Boyd was such a lovely man. Mike shares so many memories of relaxing on the porch with Boyd deep in conversation, or fixing the computer. How you all changed our lives when you sold us the property so many years ago. We remember him fondly. Into Gods arms Boyd.
