So sorry to hear of Richard's passing. He was wonderful to work with. We spent great times and long hours in the car business. It's nice to know we'll have another guardian angel watching over us. The family is in my thoughts and prayers.

Richard, (and his brother Billy) were good friends through grade school, High School, and College; both very good people. Richard was one of the best basketball players ever to come out of Hampton Roads and the best perimeter shooter I have ever seen. But most of all, Richard was a really good man, with a wonderful sense of humor, and a very big heart. Peace be with you my old friend, Jimmy Rothgery NHS 63 ODU 68

To the family of JoAnn, Life has to end. Love doesn't. Those who have died lived on in the souls and lives of those who live after them. Sincerest condolences to one of our TCC family.

My friend, Richard Boyce. I have known Richard since playing baseball against him in the Norfolk Rec League. Being a teammate of his at Norview in football, basketball and baseball. It was a pleasure being a teammate to the best all around athlete I know. The best part, Richard was a good man, father and husband. Whenever we ran into each other, he treated me like his best friend. Rest in Peace Richard. Honored to be your friend and teammate.
