So very sorry to learn that Joe like his dad died so young. His dad, Joe Sr lived next door to me in Weymouth, we were the same age, went to school together and both served in the military together.

Joe was an amazing person. He had so many physical problems but didn't let him stop him. He was always extremely upbeat and willing to tackle a problem. I feel blessed that I had the opportunity to know him.

Rest easy big guy. I still haven't quite came to grips with it. Your constantly on my mind. I know you would want me to push forward but Lord knows its hard. You've been in my corner for the last 12 years. We spent virtually every day for the last 3 years together. You had my back buddy and I had yours, all the way to your last breath. I drew so much inspiration from your unwillingness to lay down. Thanks for everything man. I miss you buddy. Until we me again..........

Joe and I met when I worked for Hampton PD. He worked at Hampton Sheriff’s Office in the lock up. We spent some nights doing extra duty places and I worked with him for awhile selling ammo. He was a groomsman at my wedding. He was always willing to help out with projects and fixing things. His wit and sarcasm are legendary. Rest In Peace my friend.
