ARCHIE BILLINGER, JR. I met Royce 1982 at NNSY when he was a 2nd year apprentice. The first thing he showed me was a 57 Chevy that he had built from the chassis up. We connected again in Supship Portsmouth in the mid 90s.Royce was a lot of fun, but very smart. RIP Royce.

I worked with Royce at Supship/ Marmac and was always impressed with his ability for problem solving. His personality afforded him many respected friends. It was a real pleasure to know him and spend time with. Many lunches and conversation led to a great friendship. I retired 7 years ago and we still talked at least once a month. He will be missed by so many. Judy and Jesse will be in our prayers at this difficult time.

I met Royce when he came to MHI for SUPHIP. I was his counterpart at MHI, we became friends and stayed friends forever. I will miss him, I don’t think that I ever worked with anyone that had a better "get the job done"attitude. He will certainly be missed, RIP Royce.

I worked many years with Royce while we were working for SUPSHIP PORTSMOUTH. Royce was always on top of his work and responsibilities. Royce had a great sense of humor and always knew how to make you laugh to get you through the day. After retirement, Diana and I would often run into Royce either at Walmart, Krogers, or the gun shows and catch-up on recent events for laughs. Royce loved his wife-Judy and was very proud of his son-Jesse. Judy and Jesse, Diana and I are so sorry for your loss. We wii surely miss Royce.

I met Royce in 1985 at NNSY and we have been friends ever since. While we didn't see each other often, when we did ,it was like we spoke everyday. He was a great guy and an awesome friend.
