So sad! I've known Barbara since way back when we used to play softball together. Prayers for Ed and all of Barbara's family.

I knew Barbara well and it was with a great deal of heartfelt sadness that I learned of her passing. I knew she had been sick for some time and when I was a Lebanon last year she told me she was feeling a little better. She was always upbeat and had a smile for everyone. She will be missed by all who knew her, My deepest feelings go out to Ed and her family. Lebanon Church will miss her also.

I'm so sorry to hear about Barbara's passing. I was one of her friends and co-workers since she started at VIMS. As a scientist I could always count on her help whenever needed and loved her sharp wit and great smile and of course her wonderful no "nonsense attitude" towards whatever was needed to get the job done. I'll miss her, as will so many of us at VIMS who worked with her throughout her career.

My thoughts and prayers are with Barbara’s family and all the Vaughan girls. I went to school with Barbara and Bibby and I have always loved all the girls and Jack. Everyone in Williamsburg knew all the Vaughan’s. Barbara will be greatly missed but never forgotten. God Bless and God Speed. Love Judy Belle

Spending weekends at your house, wearing grandpas “big” white t-shirts to bed, your amazing coloring....and the great breakfast in the morning before church.

Rest In Peace my friend, I will miss your sweet smile and words at church. or whenever I would see you. God needed another angel so he picked you as one of the best. So dear friend until I meet you again on that golden shore, I will think of you often so until I see you again give my daughter Denise and her dad a wave and tell them I am coming too.
