So sad to hear this, I enjoyed working with Alice and loved the smile she always had when I saw her. Heaven has gained a new angel.

John this is Alma Flowers. I cannot tell you how deeply Alice passing has affected me. When I first came to UBE I saw Alice and each year she was there giving her support guidance and understanding. She became Miss UBE to me and I’m sure than any others. That was never a time that you asked for help and she would not give it to you I found the answer for you. I had planned to be at her service just my presence there to show you how much I care for both of you. I am unable to attend because of health reasons and surgery. I will hold her in my heart until I can hold her in her Heaven along with my dear sister Linda

You will be missed Mrs. Webley. You always put a smile on my face. It didn't take much for us to share a much needed laugh during the course of our work day. RIP beautiful lady.

I fondly remember Alice when we travelled to Philippines in 2005 to participate in the meeting of the updating of the Concordat of Full Communion of the Episcopal Church and the Philippine Independent Church. As member of the ecumenical and interfaith affairs, she was remarkable in striking friendship with the clergy and lay leaders of the PIC, along with Bishop Chris Epting who was then the Presiding Bishop's Deputy for Ecumenical and Interfaith Relations. She will be missed. (Rev. Canon Dr. Fred Vergara, Missioner for Asiamerica Ministries, TEC)

Alice Webley was a dear friend and we belonged to the same book groups and Bible Studies together and found her to be such a clever, insightful person with what she shared in our groups. My husband Pete and I were so fond of her. Through her illness she never gave up hope and was so positive. When she realized that her illness was not going away, she said she was ready to meet Jesus. She has a special place in my heart and Pete and I will never forget her. Blessings to John and all the family.

I miss my dear friend Alice but I know she is with the best friend a person can have Jesus Christ. I often think about her passion for nursing, no nonsense way, hard working and her tenacity. Most importantly her smile, kindness and Godly Spirit. God be the glory!

My heart hurts so much. I am so very sorry to lose a great friend who was honest, hardworking, straight forward, kind, helpful, and generous with her knowledge and her many gifts. Prayers are offered up for her family, her many friends, and those whose lives she touched. Lord in your mercy hear the prayers of your people~
