Condolences for James Norwood “Jimmy” Edge, Jr.

Condolences to Jimmy's family. He was truly a one-of-a-kind treasure of a man. He volunteered his help many times when I was at Parks and Recreation, and it was often my pleasure to take him home at the end of the day. He was always interesting and interested in all aspects of life. It was also a treat for me to help him join the Ballentine family when the time was right. I will miss seeing that orange jacket and briefcase as he walks to the bus. God speed, sweet Jimmy!

Always enjoyed Jimmy's unique take on the world and its denizens. He didn't have a mean bone in his body.

We are so sad to know that Jimmy has left us but will always keep in mind that we will see him in the future sometime. We know he has passed on to a better life with our Lord and Savior. Jimmy will always have a special place in our hearts at Moyock Baptist Church.
