Rest In Peace shipmate. It was an honor to serve with you on USS Harlan County. Your strong and exemplary leadership help a bunch of young sailors become good dependable sailor’s.

Rest In Peace shipmate. You lived a good life my friend, took care of those that you loved and were a great friend to many.

Our families have been connected for 33 years through the marriage of our children. We called ourselves the "outlaws", related though not kin. We have so many fond memories of you and Pat; too many to list, but our favorite was of our own personal Santa Clause. RIP Bill. You will be missed by all who knew you and loved you.
